I now live most of the time in Poway, a suburb of San Diego, California while I care for my frail mother. The rest of the time I live in the South Bay area of Los Angeles approximately one kilometer from the most beautiful beach in the continental United States and the Pacific Ocean. Also, San Diego and Los Angeles have the best climates of any two cities in the continental United States. It is beautiful, warm and sunny most of the time here (300 days per year). I would hope that relocating and forming a family here would be the great adventure of which you have been dreaming. You will love it here, but we will always strive to travel back to your family as frequently as we can. This I promise.
I always strive to be honest, responsible, reliable, generous, optimistic, stimulating, passionate, compassionate, caring, sweet, gracious, sober, affectionate, playful, hard-working, patient, diligent and have a sense of humor. I grew up in the Midwest (Indianapolis, Indiana) and had a very solid kindergarten through high school educational background and values. I played high school and NCAA collegiate level tennis. I like to snow ski, play beach volleyball, racquetball tennis and table tennis. I would like to learn how to play golf better.
I have two college degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in Design (Southern Illinois University) and a professional 3-year graduate degree from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles – Master of Architecture). I am a true UCLA sports fan and lifetime UCLA alumni member. UCLA season football tickets are an annual event for me and my friends and we occasionally travel to away games in the western United States, in cities such as Seattle.

My work takes me on travels throughout the western United States mainly to San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Denver, Tucson, Albuquerque and Salt Lake City. At this time I am starting new business ventures that that are very exciting. These I would like to share with you and they involve fabulous investment opportunities in real estate, including land, commercial real estate and luxury single-family homes as well as Internet-related businesses.
I am seeking a woman that will have as a goal to always exhibit four qualities that I find indispensable. In order of importance they are the qualities of being: Sweet, Smart, Sexy and Stable.
"Sweetness" is the most important attribute and comprises happiness, compassion, fairness, patience, loyalty, honesty, fidelity, nurturing, gregarious yet demure, calm, slow to anger, playful, generous, positive mental outlook, with a love of family, children and parents. Friends and family would describe you as a nice person and pleasant to be with. We owe each other the gift of a pleasant, positive attitude every day.
"Smart" encompasses, book smarts, street smarts, smart enough to be occasionally dumb and laugh at ourselves, intelligent enough to know that brains aren’t everything, but are very important. Hopefully you have one of the best attributes; that being the love of constant life-long learning and improvement. You have much to teach me about your country and life and I am very much looking forward to it. I also have much to teach you about American culture, food, society, business and entertainment. A university education is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
"Sexy" is being comfortable in your own body and happy with the physical blessings you have received. You know that your mate will always pursue you if you take pride in your appearance and of course, I will take pride in my appearance also. Knowing that sex is a big motivator for your man and reveling in that condition is a pleasure. Being sexually inventive and playful and sometimes taking the lead is something that I find attractive.
"Stable" includes emotional stability, mental stability, domestic stability, relationship stability and health stability. We need to create a stable environment to do the serious work of creating financial independence, having and raising children well, providing for our parents, living the life of our dreams and having fun. Stability is the most important element that provides the basis to create the best things this life has to offer.
A quote from Clare Booth Luce in the book "The Women" is one of the prime reasons I'm seeking my soul-mate. "A man has only one escape from his old self: To see a different (and greater) self in the mirror of a woman's eyes." It is this journey to find this greater self that I am now committed. I also hope to provide the source for my mate to find her greater self in the mirror of my eyes.
A dream of mine involves going with you to the famous primeval forest in Poland at the Białowieża National Park, near Belarus. It is said to be the last remaining area of ancient woods in Europe. I want to go there and rent a one-horse sleigh during a full moon on a cold, clear night after a snowfall. We travel deep into the forest of nature’s embrace. We stop the horse and look deeply into each other's eyes for many seconds of soft silence deep in this dense, ancient forest.
