I thought I should live in the minute where fun resides. And fun is so fleeting that you almost always lose it the minute you get it. As I get older and realize what it means to love someone and to be loved, it is harder to find the time to get to know the person, to feel how she feels and to know what touches her soul. Just as it takes more than one can afford to really appreciate the beauty of Debussy's Claire de Lune, so it will take a heart to know another heart, and a soul to touch another soul. Well, this is what I plan to do, if not too late already... Oh, also, I have a job that pays (quite well but not a millionair). I like what I do. Money is only as important as a means of living a life I want and I long to possess knowledge about the world, vertically (from the big bang to the future of the universe) and horizontally (from economics to the art of making a movie). I am a trained economist and this weird breed of people like to analyze anything from the supply of flowers to how NAFTA has impacted the lives of Northern Americans. The best home to me is one that has an abundant supply of the most beautiful things mankind ever created: music, books, movies, dances, and, of course, love. I hate to answer questions like this. Say that you are looking for specifics about a person really misses the point. I always believe that each person is like a piano. A good pianist can make the piano sound so nice that you would forget where you are and what point of time you are in your life. If you are thankful that hundreds of years ago there were those who were so gifted that we are now left with Mona Lisa, Symphonie No 6 "Pastorale", Mdm Bovary, Les Miserable, and The Moon and Six Pennies. If you can be touched by the leaves turning color in a New England fall. If you have realized that life is too short to be wasted and that you should make the full use of the limited time in possession to fully enjoy music, books, movies, performance, conversations, love and life.
