For example, I am a gentleman, polite and concerned for peoples feelings. I am a fun person who always has responsibility in at least the back of my mind. I am certainly a great friend to have around and invaluable at times of needing support, a shoulder to lean against or just someone to really talk with. I feel that I’m well educated in life and what I believe is an eclectic personality and tastes. I’m happiest in a suit and tie but I like my worn jeans also; I'm wavering here, maybe jeans first. Although, I'm not a push over, I do believe in taking care of and supporting people and their feelings, while sharing all of myself without games or reservations. I'm kind, honest, passionate; I have a great sense of humor, although it can be on a bit dry at times. I like to have fun, I enjoy a long walk, exercise, and living healthy both in mind and body, a great dinner and movies have always been a favorite. I do also very much enjoy quiet times at home. Be warned I'm a bit silly at times but I can be serious when it’s required.

Looks are not really important to me but personality is; but an attraction is still needed of course. I guess I really need someone who is experienced in life at least a bit, someone who knows there is no perfect relationship or two people that are made for each other without effort required to make things work. What I believe is that two people meet and become a team if they have the strength and determination to hold on through the good and the difficult. My experience is that most relationships experience this at some level so it is important to me to know whom I’m with can ride out the storm and not look to the first new port. I believe our rewards in life come daily in the small experiences and, as we get older, the ability to look back at a wonderful life is priceless. So whomever I’m with now should always be thinking about now and also the future as I will be. I'm looking for someone who is looking for love and is willing to jump in without too much fear in front of her, I know we are all cautious but just don't be ruled by it. As far as friendship, I'm very open on this, I enjoy so many different types of people but I am very resistant to the negative type of personality or people who abuse themselves or others. I should say that I do not expect problems or hard times I just want to be with someone who can handle something if it would come up.
